Anyone thinking of doing this programme just do it! In the 6 weeks I’ve lost nearly 5kg and 6 inches off my lower abdomen. I have the energy to chase my toddler and wrestle him into his car seat with ease, I’m able to wear actual jeans with a belt and I don’t hate what I see in the mirror. Thanks so much Aimee!
Any sort of schedule is near on impossible so when Bodyfit Mums started their online programme it ticked all the boxes for me! It’s professional, the workouts are oh so hard but oh so good. Most importantly for me I can work it around my shifts and my three kids! Highly recommend!
The programme so far has helped me feel so much fitter and better mentally and physically. I can now fit back into my pre-pregnancy jeans, which I couldn’t do 6 weeks ago before starting. Just finished Bodyfit Mums at Home postnatal. It’s been excellent. In the past 6 weeks I have lost inches, gotten fitter and can fit in some pre-pregnancy clothes. I have loved the programme and signed up for round 2!
