Our new and exciting programmes can be completed in your own time, in the comfort of your own home or on the go, with very little equipment required! The three programmes accommodate all stages of your fitness journey, from Prenatal to Postnatal and Beyond. In our Prenatal programme, we safely and effectively maintain your current level of fitness during pregnanacy. After birth, we highly recommend starting with the Postnatal programme as your starting point to ensure all basics are covered before progressing onto the next level.
