This programme is for ANYONE to join, not just mums! Although we provide lots of lower intensity/non impact options, we recommend that you have a baseline fitness level and experience of training before starting this programme. If you don’t, we highly recommend starting with the Postnatal programme first, as this will gradually build up your strength, fitness and confidence in moving correctly!
